Freeman Herbs

On behalf of Freeman Herbs, the existing container transport system was optimized through the implementation of new automation. The number of linear robots was increased to enhance system capacity.

In addition, the manual processes were streamlined to improve overall efficiency. An elevator was installed to support a new overhead conveyor line, and an empty container buffer was added to optimize material flow.

Finally, the existing software was updated, ensuring the upgraded system is fully operational and meets the client’s requirements.
